I know what it’s like to feel bone-tired while still trying to do everything right.
Years ago, I hit a wall—emotionally, spiritually, and physically drained. In the midst of that burnout, God didn’t demand more from me. He offered me rest.
He invited me into a slower pace. One rooted not in striving, but in grace. One that prioritized being with Him over doing for Him.
Spiritual Direction became a lifeline. It grounded me in God’s love. It helped me discern His movement and beauty in my everyday life.
It’s been a faithful companion on my spiritual journey, and I’m honored to now hold that space for others.

What is Spiritual Direction?
In Spiritual Direction, we listen together for the invitations and movement of the Trinity. It’s a sacred space to pause, reflect, and pay attention to what’s stirring in your soul. Rather than teaching or fixing, it’s about gently noticing where God might be drawing near.
It’s a prayerful and grace-filled conversation centered on your relationship with God—what’s bringing you closer to Him, and what may be pulling you away.
Together, we’ll explore your story, your questions, and the quiet nudges of the Spirit, while holding onto the truth of God’s character and His deep love for you.
As your Spiritual Director, my role is to help you listen well—to God, to your heart, and to the rhythms of your life. The aim isn’t perfection—it’s presence. And the goal is to deepen your connection with God, right where you are.
