The discipline of prayer is the most refreshing drink for our parched souls. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to the Lord" (Philippians 4:6) reminds us of the power in pausing, praying, and surrendering our worries to Him.
