🧡 Helping Christian women business owners (near six figures) build a four-day work week and run their business in step with God instead of striving.

One of the quiet costs of running a full business One of the quiet costs of running a full business is this: Your body may be present, but your mind is still working.
How many times has this happened to you?
You sit at dinner, talking with your family, but part of you is reviewing emails you forgot to send.

You’re laughing with friends, yet another part of your mind is playing Tetris in your head about schedules, client needs, and everything that is still unfinished.

You finally have the life you prayed for, but it’s hard to actually feel delight inside of it.

Christian woman entrepreneur, this a time management problem. It’s what happens when your pace has outrun your ability to slow down.

When your mind is constantly spiraling, meaningful conversations feel shallow, joy feels muted, and even beautiful moments pass by before you can fully experience them.

The women I work with aren’t trying to escape their businesses. They’re learning how to lead them in step with Christ so their minds can grow quieter, their decisions clearer, and their evenings no longer mentally crowded.

What tends to fill your mind the most at night? Is it unfinished work, decisions, or tomorrow’s to-do list?

As Christian Woman Entrepreneurs, we run businesse As Christian Woman Entrepreneurs, we run businesses that require a lot from us…and then let’s not mention Spring sports! That’s a whole other layer to our schedules!

This time of year can be exciting and yet exhausting. As business starts to pick up, it’s easy to spiral and overthink every decision, commitment, and demand of our lives.

Here are some ways I’m caring for my soul this season:

🌼 Making chai tea at home
🌼 Going on short walks more frequently
🌼 Thanking God for the sun
🌼 Checking the garden to see what’s blooming
🌼 Early morning chats with my husband
🌼 Reading fiction at night
🌼 Listening to jazzy playlists
🌼 Having coffee with a friend
🌼 Whispering “Good Morning, Lord” before I get out of bed
🌼 Noticing God’s beauty in small ways around me

Tell me, what’s one way you’re caring for your soul this season?

Christian woman entrepreneur, you do not need more Christian woman entrepreneur, you do not need more discipline.
You need a structure that actually protects your peace.

If you’ve ever said, “I just need to be more productive,” but deep down you’re exhausted… this is for you.

If you are:- constantly checking your phone after dinner, mentally rewriting tomorrow’s to-do list while brushing your teeth, saying yes because you are afraid momentum will slow, leaving your laptop open “just in case”, waking up already behind

You do not have a motivation problem. You have a margin problem.

A four day work week is not about working less because you do not care.
It is about working intentionally so you can close your laptop at 4pm with peace… and still grow your business.

It is about:1. Knowing your top three before the day begins
2. Making decisions without spiraling
3. Leaving work unfinished without feeling like everything will collapse
4. Being fully present at dinner
5. Running your business in step with Christ instead of in step with pressure

That is exactly why I created the 4 Day Work Week Starter Map.

It will help you:
⭐️ Clarify what actually matters this season ⭐️ Set realistic work boundaries ⭐️ Build a weekly structure that supports your energy
⭐️ Stop overworking just to feel safe

If you want it, comment MAP and I will send it to you. 🤍

Christian woman entrepreneur, I want to tell you a Christian woman entrepreneur, I want to tell you about something that happened to me last week.
I sat down at my desk with a clear plan. I knew my top three things. I had prayed that morning. I felt steady.

Then I opened Instagram…
I saw someone launch a really awesome offer.Someone else is taking their clients on a European retreat.Someone else’s big win.

And in just a few minutes, my simple plan did not feel like enough anymore.
I felt behind.I felt small.I wanted to change everything.

Comparison blocks momentum.

It makes us rush when we were calm. It makes us add more when we were clear. It makes us fix things that were never broken.

And many times, the answer is not to do more.
The answer is to simplify.

When you start to feel behind, ask yourself these three questions:
1. Who am I looking at when I start to feel behind in my business?
2. What do I suddenly feel like I “should” be doing after I see their work?
3. What do I try to add or change when I feel like I am not enough?
These questions help you see where comparison is sneaking in.

Because most of the time, you were moving just fine until you started measuring your pace against someone else’s calling.

When that tight feeling rises in my chest, I stop trying to fix my business.
I turn my eyes on Jesus.

Here is the prayer I come back to again and again, “A Prayer of Surrender” by Richard Foster:
Today, oh Lord, I yield myself to you.May your will be my delight today.May your way have perfect sway in me.May your love be the pattern of my living.
I surrender to you my hopes,my dreams,my ambitions.Do with them what you will when you will, as you will.
I place into your loving care my family, my friends,my future.
Care for them with a care that I can never give.
I release into your hands my need to control, my craving for status, my fear of obscurity.Eradicate the evil, purify the good, and establish your kingdom on earth. For Jesus’ sake, Amen
