The discipline of prayer is the most refreshing drink for our parched souls. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to the Lord" (Philippians 4:6) reminds us of the power in pausing, praying, and surrendering our worries to Him. Embrace this life-giving practice not as another chore, but as your spiritual lifeline. How will you carve out time for God in your day?
